Margaret Williams Tucker Kroodsma Tewksbury, 96, of Hendersonville went home to be with Jesus Friday February 10, 2006. She was born in Norwalk, Wisconsin, was the daughter of the late Grover and Rose Rader Williams and was preceded in death by three spouses, Freeman Tucker, Raymond Kroodsma and Ercyle Tewksbury, a son, Gerald Tucker, a daughter, Coleen Steele and a sister, Stelle Bauman. She had lived in Henderson County for the past 50 years and was a member of the Covenant Presbyterian Church. She is survived by a son, James Tucker of Morgantown, West Virginia; a brother, Clifford Williams of LaCross, Wisconsin; a step son, Raymond Kroodsma; ten grandchildren, Margaret Begley, Craig, Dean, Kathy and Mark Tucker, Wanda Freeman, Margie Maxwell, Pam Conner, David Steele Jr. and Jamie Sprouse; twenty four great grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren, three nieces and one nephew. A grave side service will be held 2 pm Tuesday February 14, 2005 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Chip Vining and Rev. Donald Taws officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Four Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care at: 571 South Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731. Jackson Funeral Service is in charge of arrangements.
