Elsie Ledbetter Stepp, 95, of Hendersonville, NC passed away Sunday, October 08, 2006 at the Carolina Living Center after a lengthy illness. She was a native and lifelong resident of Henderson County and the daughter of the late Enoch "Faith" Ledbetter and Violet Plemons Ledbetter and was preceded in death her husband Roland W. Stepp. She is survived by her niece, Mary Jane Gibbs Blankenship of Crestview, Florida. A private service will be held. Jackson Funeral Service and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
