George W. Sistek, 95, of Hendersonville died Tuesday, March 7, 2006. He was the son of the late Matthew and Anna Sistek. He was an Army veteran of World War II. He is survived by his beloved wife to whom he was married 39 years, Lucille Sistek; his three stepchildren, Diane Roberts, Nancy Gruel and Thomas Schmidt; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; a great-great-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 2 pm Friday March 17, 2006 at the Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church in Hendersonville. Jackson Funeral Service and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
