Gregory A Sedgwick, 58, of Horse Shoe, NC was tragically killed Monday, April 16, 2007. He is the son of the late Robert Clell Sedgwick and Betty Jo Rea Sedgwick. A graduate of Ohio State University he had lived in Fletcher, NC working at Rockwell International before moving to Troy, Michigan where he retired from Arvin Meritor to return to Horse Shoe. He was an avid golfer, champion Monopoly player, a member of the Hendersonville Elks Lodge B.P.O.E. #1616, the American Legion in Hendersonville and Brevard, NC and the Vietnam Helicopter Pilot's Association. He is survived by his loving wife of 14 years, Margo D. Sedgwick; two sons, Mark Sedgwick and wife Katya of Houston, TX and Marc Campbell of Troy, Michigan; three brothers, Evan, David and Robert Sedgwick; two sisters, Gina Black and Rebecca Tyne; four grandchildren, Karla, Alexis, James and Mark and several nieces and nephews. Donations may be made to the charity of one's choice. Jackson Funeral Service and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
