Annie Vaughn Reese, 87, of Hendersonville, NC passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2007 at Pardee Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Broadus Vaughn and Etta Greer Vaughn and was preceded in death by her husband, Sherman Reese who died in 1991 and a brother, William Paul Vaughn. She was a native of Duncan, SC and had lived in Henderson County since 1986 coming from Georgetown, SC and was a member of Crab Creek Baptist Church. She is survived by her cousins, nieces, nephews, many friends and her special companion, Co Co. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, January 25, 2007 at the Chapel In The Pines of Jackson Funeral Service with Rev. Scott Thompson and Rev. Guy Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ladies Class of Crab Creek Baptist Church at, 72 Jeter Mountain Road, Hendersonville, NC 28739.
