E. Frances Moxley passed away Friday, October 12, 2007. She was born in Manhattan, Kansas. She has been a resident of South Florida for 49 years. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Bob, daughters, Cheryl Nash of Ephrata, PA and Becki Powell of West Palm Beach, Florida; grandchildren, Dee Dee Cates, Joe Nash, Rob Powell and Melissa Mertz; ten great-grandchildren; sisters, Elaine Baxter, Charlene Reece and Paula Hardin. She was past president of the American Legion Auxiliary Post #31, South Miami, Florida and past president of the Elkettes Lodge 948, Miami, Florida. A funeral service will be held 11:00 am Wednesday, Ocotber17, 2007 at the Chapel In The Pines of Jackson Funeral Service. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Tuesday night from 7:00 to 9:00 pm at the funeral home.
