Victoria Hardin McCraw, 52, of Flat Rock, NC was called to be with the Lord, Sunday December 11, 2005 at Duke University Medical Center. She was a native and lifelong resident of Henderson County the daughter of the late Paunee "Tee" Hardin and Maude Hollifield Hardin and was preceded in death by a son, Bruce McCraw, four brothers, Fred, Doug, Dink and Randy Hardin and a sister, Hazel Patterson. She was of the Baptist faith and worked at Dana Elementary for 19 years as custodian and bus driver known as "Miss Vickie" She is survived by her loving husband Austin Kelly McCraw; two sons, Jesse Adam McCraw and James Curtis McCraw; two daughters, Margaret Sineath Green and Kelley Dawn McCraw Pressley and husband Terry; six grandchildren, Ashley and Isaiah Green, Katlyn McCraw, Allison, Brandon and Matthew Pressley; a brother Charlie Hardin and a sister, Judith Jones. A funeral service will be held 4 pm Thursday December 15, 2005 at Upward Kelly Memorial Church with Rev. Dan Blackwell and Rev. D.G. Jackson officiating. Burial will follow at Jones Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home and at other times will be at the home of Lavonna Ruth. Jackson Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
