Blaine Edward Levi passed away Thursday, August 9, 2007 at Mirada Hills Convalescent Hospital, in La Mirada, California. Blaine was the son of the late Lewis W. Levi and Lolar Mae Capps -Levi of North Carolina. He was preceded in death by his loving wife Mildred "Micki" Frances Robertson Levi, and brothers, Glenn, Earl, Lloyd and Sister Cara Lee Levi. He was a loving father, grandfather, & great grandfather, who will be greatly missed by all. Survivors include: daughters; Elaine Chambler and husband Bob of San Bernardino, California, Lolita Beresford and husband Mike of Whittier, California. Grandchildren; Bobby Chambler and wife Sue of Denver, Colorado, David Chambler and wife Nancy of Oak Hills, California, Millie Brinson and husband Todd of Chino, California, and Jeremy Levi of Paramount, California. Great-grandchildren; Ryan Chambler of Santa Barbara, California, Ashley and Austin Chambler of Oak Hills, California, Tevyn Chambler & Maurya Brinson of Chino, California (and Teyah Brinson due to be born in October, 2007). A funeral will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday August 25, 2007 at the Chapel in the Pines of Jackson Funeral Service with the Rev. Eddie Conrad officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the service at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Beddingfield Cemetery in Green River. Military honors will be conducted by the Henderson County Honor Guard.
