Grace Russell Kuykendall, 85, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, formerly of Hendersonville, NC passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2007 at Sweet Grass Village in Mt. Pleasant, SC. She was the daughter of the late John and Beulah Russell and was preceded in death by her husband Robert Roy Kuykendall and several sisters. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hendersonville. She is survived by one daughter, Kathi Flowers of Mt. Pleasant, SC; one son, Michael Kuykendall and his wife Candy of Sacramento, CA; four grandchildren, Ben Flowers and his wife Mary of Monrovia, Liberia, Tanner Flowers of Columbia, Missouri, Birkley Kuykendall and Michael Kuykendall both of Sacramento, CA. A funeral service will be held 2:00 pm Sunday, June 24, 2007 at the Chapel In The Pines of Jackson Funeral Service with Rev. Steve Briggs officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Saturday night from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the funeral home.
