Wanita P. Kucharchuk, 77, of Brevard died Tuesday, March 21, 2006, at Universal Healthcare of Fletcher after an extended illness. She was the wife of John J. Kucharchuk, who died three years earlier. She was a native of Missouri. She and her husband lived in Cleveland, Ohio, before retiring to Brevard 20 years ago. She had great empathy for others, and especially loved all animals, great and small. Her quiet spirit and gentle smile will be sadly missed by all who knew her. Surviving are two sons, Scott Kucharchuk of Atlanta and Mark Kucharchuk of Hendersonville; a daughter, Laura Rinehart and husband, Michael, of Hendersonville; and grandchildren, Elizabeth and Spencer of Hendersonville. The family wishes to thank all the dedicated staff of Pardee Hospital, Four Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care and Universal Healthcare for all their loving care and support.
