Ruth Haven Hice, 81, of Dana, went to be with our Lord and Saviour on Monday, October 8, 2007. She was presently residing at the Brian Center of Hendersonville, NC. She is survived by her son, Denny Hice and wife Vickie; two granddaughters, Mitzi Renee Kemp and husband Kevin and Stacey Dionne Waldroup and husband J.R.; three great-grandchildren, Ethan Kemp, Peter Waldroup and Melody Waldroup; her sister, Mae Bell Hill, several nieces, nephews and many other relatives. She will be missed by all. A graveside service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, October 11, 2007 at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Jeff Burchette officiating. The family will receive friends Wednesday night from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Jackson Funeral Service and at other times will be at the home of Denny and Vickie Hice.
