I, Coleen Mary (Donahue) Booth, born November 24, 1956, have gone home to the Lord, Friday, March 31, 2006 at the Elizabeth House. I'm free from the long battle with cancer! I was predeceased by a father and sister. I leave behind my husband, Donald E. Booth; mother and Stepfather; one sister; two brothers; nieces and nephews. I also leave two daughters, Christina and Sarah and their husbands, two grandsons, a granddaughter and my in-laws. To all my doctors, nurses and staff, to Pardee Hospital, everyone at Hospice- true dedicated angels as well as one very special worker and friend, Judy. To the many true old and new friends who all know who they are. Last but not least, my four-legged friend and other half, Shakesphere Booth. I was A member of Mud Creek Baptist Church and to all there a very special thank you and goodbye. Throughout my life I was a caretaker of people and animals and had A strong passion against the abuse of children, animals, the disabled and elderly. Although born a Yankee through childhood in New Hampshire I always had a passion and heart that belonged to the south, early on in life. You may also view my obituary at www.jacksonfuneralservice.com as Jackson Funeral Service and Crematory is in charge of my arrangements. I wish that instead of flowers, you make a donation to the Elizabeth House at: 511 South Allen Road, Flat Rock, NC 28731.
