Blanche Katherine Barnes, of Hendersonville passed away Monday March 20, 2006 in her residence. She was the daughter of the late James C. and Martha Dotson Craig, and the wife of Daniel W. Barnes of Hendersonville. In addition to her husband survivors include, two sons Jimmy Frady of Texas and Dana E. Barnes of Hendersonville, one daughter Ginger Barnes Marsteller of Etowah, one step son Douglas C. Barnes of Inman, SC, one step daughter Donna Barnes Penland of Weaverville, three brothers David Craig, of Columbus, Paul Craig of Hendersonville, and Michael Craig of Spindale, three sisters Ruby Aiken of Hendersonville, Doris Sherbert and Nancy Covil and twelve grandchildren. A memorial service will be held Thursday March 23, 2006 at Lifespring Wesleyan Church, Etowah NC at 7 PM. Jackson Funeral Service and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
