Clara Stewart, 96, of Hendersonville, passed away Sunday, March 30, 2008 at Pardee Care Center. She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn G. Stewart. She is survived by a daughter, Shirley Summeral; two sons, Joe and Glenn Stewart; five granddaughters, Laurie Wesenyak, Paula Bailey, Jolene Stewart, Candi Stewart and Tiffany Stewart, two step-grandsons, Tyler and Conner McCraw and two great grandchildren, Ty and Ella Wesenyak. A memorial service will be held 2:00 pm Thursday, April 3, 2008 at the Chapel In The Pines of Jackson Funeral Service with Rev. Ron Barker officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Clara Stewart to Research to Prevent Blindness, 645 Madison Avenue, Floor 21, New York, NY 10022.
