Evelyn Whitlock "Annie" Jarrett, 58, of Dana, went to be with the Lord Wednesday March 19, 2008 at Mission Hospital after a short illness. She was a native and lifelong resident of Henderson County the daughter of Geneva S. Whitlock of Dana and the late Gabriel P. Whitlock and was preceded in death by her husband Donald Jarrett and a sister, Gracie. She loved her animals dearly. Surviving in addition to her mother are two brothers, Ronald Whitlock and family of Hendersonville and Randy Whitlock and family of Edneyville; a sister, Christie Whitlock and family of Hendersonville; three nieces, Brandi, Chelsea and Taylor and two nephews, Anthony and Jordan. A graveside service will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, March 23, 2008 at the Stepp Cemetery in Dana with Rev. Dan Blackwell officiating. The family will receive friends Saturday night from 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Jackson Funeral Service. Jackson Funeral Service is in charge of the arrangements.
