Jessie "Jackie" Foy, of Central South Carolina, was called home, Tuesday, March 04, 2008. She was the daughter of the late Curtis and Dora Mae Koon. She was the loving mother of three children, Curt Foy and wife Amy of Maine, Tommy Foy and wife Allison of Easley, SC and Kimberly Tippett and husband Gene of Westminister, SC; three grandchildren, River Foy, Josie and Billie Tippett. No services have been planned. Jackson Funeral Service and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
